With over 25 years’ experience in research, media strategy and consumer insight, Sophie Welsman manages the Research team and provides Rubber Shirt with the expertise to analyse business sectors, market opportunities, competitor sets and audiences as well as producing ongoing investigation reports into emerging technology trends in a variety of categories.

Working closely with clients, Sophie invariably takes the pain out of desk research – either working with existing in-house teams or managing a research project independently – leaving clients to focus on defining and running strategy and operations. Whether a quick overview, a detailed analysis report or a presentation highlighting the main areas of interest, we ensure clients are equipped with the knowledge and understanding to help make good decisions.

Sophie has worked in both private and public sector organisations and for a wide variety of businesses, from large corporations to small start-ups.
